And now, for something different...

JMCarr wrote a review of Smuggler's Bride. I can tell it's a good review, 'cause she gave it a B+. However, the review is in Spanish. I'm struggling along trying to call on my minimal Spanish from 40 years ago to decipher it, which was kind of a fun exercise.

If your Spanish is better than mine (and almost everyone's is), please check it out.

Darlene, you can get the gist of it by using the machine translation engine at babelfish.altavista.com. Just paste the link to the blog entry into the URL field, select Spanish to English from the dropdown, and click Translate! I took 10 quarters of Spanish in college, but I'm very, very rusty, so I can't verify how accurate this translation is.
Thanks, Lynne, I'll check that out. It'll be fun to see how the translation shows up.

I promise to write a review in English this weekend.

The Spanish version is more a short summary of the plot, and a statement that I liked it and the way you included details about history, geography, politics, etc., without infodumping.
