L.A. con photos
Here's a photo of me from the 2006 Hugo Awards ceremony at L.A. con IV. This is likely the closest I'll ever come to owning a Hugo, holding it for someone else, but it's a nice one.

I stumbled across your blog and stopped to look, no doubt because you listed Shards of Honor among your favorite books. Then I saw the Hugo holding picture and spent some time reading entries. I also visited your website and read your review snippets.
Congratulations on your new release, your previous success in writing romance, and let me close with a question.
Have you ever considered writing science fiction?
My latest release is in that genre, Trinity on Tylos, from Whiskey Creek Press.
I've been involved in sf fandom for over 25 years, but I don't have any sf stories in my head to write. I'd like to be a science fiction writer someday, but right now all the fake people talking to me are in romance novels.[g]
Congrats on your release for Whiskey Creek! Would you consider it a paranormal romance, or straight sf?
Best of luck with your writing.
